This was the first of two sessions focusing on Contemporary.

This session began with a centre work exercise focussing on rolls to the floor and round the body.
Corrections were provided for body alignment and to correct the roll down position and high release.
Exercise 2: Focussed on Tendues
Exercise 3: Focussed on plies but had a section of floor work.
Exercise 4: Was a centre sequence focusing on movement and floor to standing.
Exercise 5: Was a triplet sequence focussing on pathway with a nice arm slice-hop step step on the end.
Exercise 6: Was a kick sequence. It was completed before stretching and then completed at the barre. This was the opposite from my normal practice.
Corrections were provided as we progressed.
I had a had diarrhoea before class- YEY! so not feeling great but hope I did well enough to cover it.
